Correction
I've made it to Peru and to my hostel in Lima. It was a long 23 hours. El Salvador seems to mostly be made up of Duty Free shops. On nice thing about traveling during the world cup is that there is always something to watch. Another nice thing is that if you don't understand the language well, you can catch games on replay and be still surprised by the result. I was the only one in the airport excited for the possibility of a late New Zealand goal, which would have happened two hours earlier.
